Clicking on the Name Drop-list in the header presents you with your various settings options. 

• Edit Profile - directs you to your profile settings page so you can update your own profile as needed.
• Support - opens a new tab/window directed at the support portal. Here you can review these articles to trouble shoot issues on your own when possible, or submit a ticket for more technical assistance.
• Settings - (Admins ONLY) are your actual FinCertify Dashboard settings. IT IS RECOMMENDED YOU DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THESE SETTINGS.
• Logout - no explanation needed.
