The Consumers page, allows you to see all consumers who have been registered to your FinCertify portal. This is regardless of whether the consumer was created by an operator in the Dashboard by way of Document Request and Financial Report order, or the consumer organically created their own profile through your FinCertify Consumer Portal.

Search

You can search for a specific consumer by Last Name, First Name, or Email Address.

Consumers Pipeline

Each row in the consumers pipeline is an independent consumer that when clicked takes you to that Consumer's Profile page. The Consumer's Profile page is where you can see the consumer's progress for completion and all documentation that the consumer has provided.

• Can view and request more E-sign Forms (Admins & Agents)
• Can view and download Document Uploads (Admins & Agents)
