**Only Admin operators have access to the Manage Members page.

The Manage Members page, is where you add and manage your team of operators. 

There are 3 types of operator roles in FinCertify:

• Admin - has access to all features and functionality in the FinCertify Dashboard.
• Agent - also has access to all features and functionality, EXCEPT the Manage Members section.
• Processor -  only has access to create new Financial Report orders. They also have access to their own profile page if any updates are needed.

Search

You can search for a specific member by Last Name.

Filter Buttons

You can filter the member pipeline by operator role. Simply click any of the role buttons for a corresponding filtered view.

Member Pipeline

Each row in the members pipeline is an independent members that when clicked takes you to that Members's Profile page. The Member's Profile page is where you can manage that member's profile details, get a list of all Financial Report orders they have created, reset their password, and/or delete them from the FinCertify Dashboard altogether.
