The Financial Reports page, is where you create a new consumer financial report request. Here you will see the Order pipeline of all Report Requests that have been created by your Operators. 

* Admin Operators will have access to all Operators' Requests.

** Agent Operators will have access ONLY to requests assigned to them.



Search

You can search for a specific consumer's report by Last Name, Reference # or Report ID.


Filter Buttons

You can filter the order pipeline by Order Status and Operator Assignment. Simply click any of the status buttons for a corresponding filtered view.

 

Order Pipeline

You can sort the order pipeline by Created on or Assigned to by simply clicking on any of those column headings. Each row in the Order pipeline is an independent order for consumer report, that when clicked takes you to that order's details page. 


Order Details

This is where you can see specific details related to the order and download the report upon completion. 


If still a pending order, you can Re-notify the consumer, in the event they may no longer have their original request email or serve as a reminder to the consumer to complete their order. Only Admins, can edit an order, when still pending, which will cancel the existing order and create a new one that is assigned to you with the requested changes. Lastly, only Admins can cancel a report order when it is still in pending status.


For completed orders, the details page has some different options available to you. Foremost, you can View Report in HTML or Download PDF format of the report. You can also Refresh completed reports, which will create a new report with the most recent available account data. And, you can Create Another Report, which will create a copy of the report. Some of the data might be outdated.


Lastly, all order detail pages regardless of order status allows you to Transfer the order and/or access the Consumer's Profile page. Transferring an order is to change the operator to which that order/report is assigned to. Note, if you are an Agent and you transfer the order you will no longer have access to that order. And, the Consumer's Profile page is where you can see the consumer's progress for completion and all documentation that the consumer has provided.
