It is possible that some of the counselors may be mistakenly getting a “Not Eligible” result on a screening due to one of the recent enhancements made to the system that changed the income question from yearly to monthly. Managers can conduct a spot check on their screenings to ensure this is not happening.  Below are instructions for them to verify if this is occuring or not. 

 

  1. From the “Reports” or “Screenings” tab select a patient with “Not Eligible” showing as a result

 

 

  1. Select the ellipsis (three dots) to the right of the screening to view additional options.  Select the “View Summary” option to show the entries for that screening. 

 

 

  1. If the income question is included in that screening, you can usually view it towards the bottom of the list. Please take a look and ensure this question was not entered using yearly income values instead of monthly.  If yearly values were entered by mistake, that will make the result Not Eligible.  The counselor should recreate the screening and ensure they use monthly values instead to properly calculate.
