This is likely due to the Member having created a Document Upload Request as opposed to an E-sign/Document Request. 


If your patient doesn't have the E-sign Forms button available for them to click through and sign their documentation, you simply need to create a new Document Request for them. Login to the Dashboard, click on the Patients tab then find and click on the corresponding patient in the pipeline. This should populate the additional Patient's Profile page. 


Next, click View & Request More under the Documents & E-sign Forms module. There you will have the opportunity to click on the Request More button, where you will be directed to the page where you can click the + Add more to request button. Lastly, click on the "Choose form to add..." dropdown and select the appropriate documents you need E-signed to add to the patient's documents request. Once you have selected all the documents you need the patient to address simply click the "Complete & notify patient" button to have them sign off on these additional forms.
