Password resets and changes can now only be done from the login page. Simply click the forgot password link and enter your profiles corresponding email address.

Then you will be emailed a link to click through and create a new password.

Once created, go back to the login page and enter your credentials using that new password. 

Using the forgot password feature is often the solution to any password issues. 

Lastly, if you requested a reset password email and are not seeing in your inbox be sure to check your SPAM folder as the email may have landed there.
