As previously discussed in the Overview Page, the Reports page allows you to generate various report types while using a variety of metrics to generate the reports. 


This feature will most commonly be used by management only. There are 2 reports types available each with their own subset of metrics to generate the report by. The 2 report types and subsets are as follows:

  1. Management Reports
    1. Client Characteristics Report
    2. Cases Opened
  2. Detailed Reports
    1. Case Status History Report
    2. Financial Report 
    3. Video Call Report 
    4. Document Feedback Report 
    5. Document Upload Report 

Again, these reports can be as specific and "drilled down" as you would like by using any of the metrics on the right side of the window. For example, by selecting any of the Current Case Status options, and/or Assigned to a specific Agent.  


Be sure to click the blue Save Report button to save this new report under My Reports, as well as click the blue Show Report button at the bottom of the page. 


**Note: Please consider marking the check box for Save Filter and naming this report type so that you can quickly generate the same report again with slightly different parameters like Dates for report to reflect or Agents, etc.
