There are 3 types of searches that can be conducted via the Search Page:

  1. Case Search
  2. Client Search
  3. Task Search


Case search offers a more robust amount of ways for searching Cases. You can search by any single field you see on the page

  • Case - Search by Case Type (can select multiples), Case #, and Loan #
  • Case Status - Search by Case Statuses (can select multiples), as well as From and To Dates
  • Case Open - Search by From and To Dates
  • User - Search by Users assigned to the cases (can select multiples) 
  • Other - Search by Certificate #, Internal Reference #, and can check box to Included Closed Cases in your search results
  • Client - Search by Name, Email, Phone #, and/or SSN (Last 4 digits)
  • Property - Search by Address, City, State (can select multiples), and/or Zip
  • Mediation - Search by Trustee Sale #; Assessors Parcel #, APN#, OR Court Case #; Petition Case #, District Court #

Once you have selected all the criteria in which you want to search by simply click the blue Search button to see your results in the Chart Below. Please keep in mind the Search Results Chart defaults to 15 items per page and you can paginate through the results. 


Also, in the Case Search Results Chart you can Export the entire results list to an Excel spreadsheet. Or, you can also click the Batch Actions button when selecting multiple cases (check boxes) from the Search Results Chart to do the same for all cases selected. 


Batch Actions include the following:

  • Assign User
  • Refer to Counselor
  • Order Property Valuation
  • Change Case Status
  • Order Credit Report


**Note: Anytime you see a drop list on the Search page you can select multiple criteria to search by. For Example, if searching by Users you can select X,Y, and Z Users to search all 3 Users Cases.
