Upon logging in to the application you will find yourself on the Overview Page. The Overview page defaults to only show results for the current month. This can be changed by clicking the Filter button on the top right of the page.
You can click on any of the numbers on the Maryland Homeowner Assistance Fund Breakdown chart to see more specific details in the TOP # Cases For Maryland Homeowner Assistance Fund chart below. (Note: the bottom chart defaults to 5 items per page, and you can click through the pages)
You will mostly be using the left panel Navigation Bar. Each Icon represents a different page and are defined as follows from top to bottom:
- Squares Icon - is the Overview page. You can always click this or the Home icons to get back to this Overview page
- Search - allows you to search using a number of various criteria
- Reports - takes you to Executive Summary Reports page where you can generate varying report types
- Admin - allows you to manage your dashboard and users
- Quick Forms - (Tetra Only) is most commonly used to assess applicant eligibility
