The Patients page, is the first page presented upon login to the Dashboard. Here you will see the Patient pipeline of all Document Requests and Screenings that have been created by Members.

You can search for a specific patient by Last Name, First Name, or Email Address.

Patients Pipeline

Each row in the patients pipeline is an independent patient that when clicked takes you to that Patient's Profile page. The Patient's Profile page is where you can see the patient's progress for completion and all documentation that the patient has provided.

• Can view and request more E-sign Forms 
• Can view and download Requested Uploads
