Upon logging in to the Dashboard you are presented with the following features across the header:


  • Patients - Allows you to see all patient profiles that have passed though the Portal and access their Submission/Progress Overview page where you can see submission statuses/progress and download documents. 
  • Reports - (Admins Only) Allows you to filter and download (.csv) reports based on Patient Screenings conducted.
  • Document Requests - Here you can search created patient requests, and click through a patient request to see the details page.
  • Employees - (Admins Only) Where you can add, search, edit, and delete Employees with access to the Dashboard.
  • New Patient - The New Patient button allows you to register new patients in to PatientClear to begin a patient screening workflow that first qualifies the patient, then allows you to request documents and E-sign forms from the patient.   
  • Name Drop-list - By clicking the down arrow you will have access to your Profile page, the support portal, and Logout.


** Admins have access to all features and functionality of the PatientClear Dashboard.
