If an order is in an Error status, our technical support team has already been made aware of it through our monitoring systems. Most errors will correct itself on its own in a short while. If you are experiencing a prolonged order error, it would be helpful to submit a support ticket, to follow up on it, with the following info:
- The order ID
- The created on date
- The applicant ID
- The report type
- Your company name
All of the above info can be found on the Order Details page of the failed order.
