Only an Admin has the ability to Edit an order, and only pending orders can be edited. Editing an order will cancel the original order and create a new order with the changes. The newly edited order will be assigned to the Admin making the change. 


Depending on why an order was edited will require the system to notify the customer again through email. This is true in most cases such as editing an order to correct a wrong email address. To have the edited order resend an email notification, select 'Yes' to the "Notify consumer again?" option. If it's not necessary select "No".


Orders can only be edited from the Order Details page.


Helpful Tip: Most cases of editing an order will require re-sending of the email notification. The few rare exceptions are if the system is experiencing some technical issue that prevented the sending of the email notification in the first place. Which would require technical support.
