More often than not, if you are experiencing issues logging in to the application simply resetting the password will resolve your login issue. Below are the steps to take in order to reset your login password:

  1. From the login page click the FORGOT PASSWORD? link under the Login button
  2. Next you will enter your username in the corresponding field and click Verify
  3. Then you will be prompted to select where you would like to recieve your password, email or phone, and be sure to check and complete the reCAPTCHA box for validation, and click the Reset Password button
  4. You will then recieve email (check spam and/or junk mail) or text message with a new password
  5. Copy and paste the new password back in the login page 
  6. Lastly, upon successful login you will be prompted to enter your old password (the one from email), create a new password, and confirm that new password


If you are still experiencing issues logging in to the application after completing the above steps, please submit a support ticket and be sure to include your username and where in the process the error or difficulties occur and we will be happy to assist. 


Note: Your username is allowed up to 5 login attempts prior to being locked out of the system. If you reach 5 login attempts please let us know so we can unlock the account and give you a new password to login with.
