If you are having issues linking your accounts please make sure of the following:

  • you are entering your credentials "ExAcTlY the Same" as you would on the end site
  • make sure your caps lock is off
  • verify that the end site is up and you are able to login to your accounts there
  • make sure there are no new promotions and/or terms & conditions that need to be acknowledged before gaining access to your accounts at end site
  • try linking your accounts on a more familiar network or device (ex: try from home pc rather than work pc or mobile device) 


If you have verified all of the above and still having issues linking your account please submit a support ticket.


When submitting a ticket please be sure to include the email address you login to the application with. Also, please be sure to include the institution name you are having the problem with as well as the URL (website address) you normally access your account through. This is for us to be able to verify that you are, in fact, selecting the correct option to link, and not accidentally trying to link a different institution with a similar name.
