Only an Admin has access to the Manage Members page. Here they can create members, edit existing members, change member roles, delete members, etc.


The Manage Members page offers functionality to conduct the following:

  1. Search for Member by Last name
  2. Sort by Admin, Agent, or Processor
  3. Click ellipses to have option to delete member
  4. Click on individual Member (line item) to get Member Details/Profile page
    • Here you can edit the member Name, Email , Phone, and Member Role
    • You can also access all orders created by that member
    • Can send member a Reset Password email
    • Lastly, you can Delete the member here as well
