There are three types of member roles within the Dashboard:

  1. Admin - Full access of the Dashboard. Has no limitations on what they can do in the Dashboard including; access all orders, transfer orders, edit member roles, create new members, delete members, etc...
  2. Agent - Can create orders and access ONLY their own created orders and reports, or orders assigned to them. Can only view orders assigned to them in the Order Pipeline page. Can edit their own member profile and change their password.
  3. Processor - A processor role is restricted to submitting new order requests for a loan application only. Processors cannot view created nor existing orders, they can only submit new orders. Processors can also edit their own member profile and change their password.
