You will notice that when you click on an applicants case number the left side Navigation panel changes. It changes to display options/features for managing that specific case. The Navigation Panel options are as follows:

  1. Case Info - displays Property, Loan/Mortgage, Client(s), and Case information and each section has it's own set of options to choose from
  2. Q&A - provides you with a Q&A Summary from the applicants registration
  3. Documents - allows you to upload documents on behalf of the applicant in which the Document Name's with a red circle are required by the applicant for processing
  4. Tracking - list of timelines where the application has hit certain milestones and user can add tasks to timeline
  5. Notes - allows you to add notes to the case and you can see System Generated Notes
  6. Messages - allows you to compose, send, recieve, messages/emails pertaining to the specific case


Once you have completed working a case, you can click the Home icon in the upper left side of the window, or the X at tthe top right of the window to close the case and return to the Overview page.
