Upload Documents Explained
The Upload Document module is functionality that allows you to submit physical, on hand, supporting documentation in a digital format.
Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF | Max. file size: 6MB
Once you have selected to use the Upload Documents module you may be asked to submit any and all Acceptable Documents for the corresponding categories. Categories are as follows:
- Identification - Driver's License (both sides), Passport (photo page), etc...
- Example, take a picture of you driver's license and upload it from your gallery.
- Income - Paystubs (most recent 30 days), Bank Statement where paychecks are deposited (Include all statement pages), etc...
- Example, download your most recent 2 Paystubs as PDF's, and upload them here.
- Example, download your most recent 2 Bank Statements as PDF's, and upload them here.
- Citizenship - Passport (photo page), Certificate of Naturalization, etc...
- Example, just take a picture of you Passport or Certificate and upload it from your gallery.
- Immigration (Non-US Citizens) - Permanent Resident Card (Alien Registration Card or Green Card, both sides), Employment Authorization Card, etc...
- Again, just take a picture and upload.
**Most importantly, make sure all uploaded images are clear and the text is legible!
