This is likely due to the Operator having created a Financial Reports Request as opposed to an E-sign/Document Request. 


If your consumer doesn't have the E-sign Forms button available for them to click through and sign their documentation you simply need to create a new E-sign Request for them. Login to the Dashboard, click on the +New Request button and enter the consumer's email address. This should populate the additional Consumer details. 


Next you enter your reference number if applicable and select the appropriate checkbox for the form that consumer is to fill out. Then click the Complete & Notify button to send the consumer a new email with link to click though and log back in to the FinCertify Portal where the will now see the E-Sign Forms module enabled.
