By clicking on an individual line item order from the Orders page, you will be navigated to the Order Details page. The Order Details page provides all the information that was entered when the order was created and has several sections:


  • Status (if pending or error)
  • Created date
  • Report Type
  • Assigned To
  • Reference #
  • Applicant Name
  • Applicant Email
  • Applicant ID


Actions Center - The top right-hand corner of the Order Details page is the Actions center. Any action that can be performed on the order, based on status and type, will be listed and available from there.
