Troubleshooting Workflow


The forward facing portals that your customers interact with is designed to allow them to fix issues on their own that may arise during account linking. The vast majority of account linking failures can be solved by the customer themselves through each portal's error handling features. Still, there may be times that a customer reaches a dead-end and needs help. If a customer contacts you with an account linking issue follow the below workflow steps:


  1. Guide your customer through the steps outlined in the Account Linking Troubleshooting Guide
  2. If the account still fails to link and all options have been exhausted, create a support ticket through this support portal and a technical support representative will be in contact with you.
